- Technology Ride Along: TMC is enhancing its 2025 Annual Meeting & Transportation Technology Exhibition once again by offering a "Technology Ride Along" that will showcase cutting-edge/emerging technologies via a live demonstration (e.g., ride along) format. Specific technology categories will be identified by staff and vetted by TMC's volunteer Meeting Planning Committee, and TMC exhibitors with offerings in those areas of interest will be approached to demonstrate as part of this meeting segment.

Exhibit Booth Personnel Registration
New for 2025, Exhibit Booth Personnel registration for Exhibitor-Only badges is accessible ONLY through the TMCA25 Exhibitor Hub. Your company's Primary Booth Contact will receive an email from ataexhibits@trucking.org with additional information and instructions on the new registration process for booth personnel.
When registering your team through the Hub:
- The first slot must have a registration. This slot will also receive the additional paid badge invoices.
- Any unused Attendee slots must be marked 'not needed'.
- Registrations are incomplete until you reach the 'Thank You' receipt page.
- Slot changes can be made at any time.
- Additional paid badge invoices must be paid before the confirmation email will generate and send.
Exhibitor-Only Badge Registration Types
- FREE- $0
- ADDITIONAL PAID - $300
Any Registration more than the allotted Exhibitor-only badges must be processed at the Full Meeting registration rates.
TMC encourages all attendees to be fully registered so they may have full access to all open TMC task forces, study groups, educational sessions, and social/meal functions.
Exhibitor-only badges only provide access to the exhibit area and a limited number of select sessions/events, which include The General Associates Meeting on Monday and How TMC Works for You: A Special Session for Exhibitor Personnel on Tuesday, during TMC’s 2025 Annual Meeting. Change & Cancellation Policy
ALL change and cancellation requests require written notification and will not be processed by phone. Changes include profile updates, substitutions and transfers. Send all written notifications to registrations@trucking.org.
CHANGES: Friday, February 21 is the deadline for all change/substitution/transfer email/fax requests. The TMC Exhibit Booth Registration Portal will be turned off COB on Friday, February 28. Beginning Sunday, March 9 change requests can be made onsite at the TMC Registration Desk.
CANCELLATIONS: Wednesday, February 5 is the deadline to cancel an Additional Paid Exhibitor-Only registration and receive a refund less a $50 per person cancellation fee.
No refunds for registration fees will be processed for cancellations received after February 5.
The deadline to submit new registrations and make changes via the TMC Exhibitor Booth Registration Portal is COB, Friday, February 28.
