  • Press conferences, marketing research, and focus groups are prohibited during the general meeting period.
  • Companies wishing to conduct marketing research or focus groups outside of the general meeting period must submit a written request to TMC. If approved, TMC staff will schedule the meeting at an appropriate time and location.
