Full Meeting registration fee includes entry to the exhibit hall, and full access to all open TMC task forces, study groups, educational sessions, and social/meal functions. If you are a non-member or not correctly linked to your parent company you will receive the non-member rate.

Spouse/Family registration includes entry to the exhibit hall and access to social/meal functions. Does not include access to TMC task forces, study groups, or educational sessions.

The deadline to secure hotel reservations at the ATA/TMC discounted rate is February 12. See the Travel page for more details on hotel accommodations.

CHANGE & CANCELLATION POLICY

ALL changes and cancellations require written notification and will not be processed by phone. Changes include profile updates, substitutions and transfers. Send all written notifications to registrations@trucking.org.

Substituting for a TMC Member? Membership has its privileges — only TMC Members receive the TMC Member registration rate. TMC does not allow non-member individuals to substitute for a TMC member; however, exceptions may be made for certain extenuating circumstances. Call TMC staff at (703) 838-1763 or email tmc@trucking.org for details.

Changes: Thursday, February 26 is the deadline for change/substitution/transfer requests. Fill out our change request form here. After February 26 and beginning Sunday, March 15 changes will be accepted onsite at the TMC Registration Desk.

Cancellations: The deadline to cancel a Full Meeting and/or Spouse/Family registration and receive a full refund minus a $200 cancellation fee is February 12.

No refunds for registration fees will be processed for cancellations received after February 12.

The deadline to submit a new registration via email/fax is February 26. After February 26, only online and onsite registration are available.

REGISTRATION ACKNOWLEDGMENT & PRIVACY POLICY NOTIFICATION

All persons must be 18 years of age or older and registered for TMC’s 2026 Annual Meeting and Transportation Technology Exhibition to attend any sessions, activities or access the exhibit floor. Family members under the age of 18 may only observe the exhibit/competition and/or attend food functions if they are registered and remain in authorized designated areas under parental/guardian supervision. Thank you for your cooperation.

By registering for TMC’s 2026 Annual Meeting, you consent to be photographed and agree to the following statement:

I hereby grant TMC/ATA the irrevocable and unrestricted right to use and publish photographs/likenesses of me in which I may be included for advertising, promotional or any other purpose and in any manner or medium.

By submitting your registration, you agree to have your name, title, company, address, telephone and email included in an attendee list to be distributed to exhibitors and sponsors. You further agree that ATA may use your information to inform you about the conference, other ATA news, projects, events, and products and in accordance with ATA’s privacy policy. Under The California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you may be permitted to request that we remove your personal identifiable information from the attendee list. ATA ANTITRUST GUIDELINES NOTIFICATION

By submitting your registration, you agree the ATA Antitrust/Disclosure Guidelines should be followed at all TMC meetings, task force and study group sessions. All participants in any group involved in the development of standards or recommended practices (RPs) shall disclose, as stated in the antitrust/patent disclosure guidelines, all patents or patent applications that are owned, controlled or licensed by the Participant or Participant’s employer when the Participant reasonably believes such patent or patent application may become material to the standard or RP development process.
