HOTEL RESERVATION INFORMATION
ConferenceDirect is the official housing bureau for TMC’s Annual Meeting. The deadline to book TMC discounted room rate is August 29. All hotels in the block offer complimentary shuttle service to/from the Orange County Convention Center. To check availability and to book your hotel reservation, please CLICK HERE.

Nightly rates do not include taxes and fees, which are subject to change without notice. Rates may increase with additional occupancy.
A deposit equal to one night’s room and tax is required and will be charged by the hotel on or around February 11.
If you need to make changes to your hotel reservation (arrival/departure/cancellation), please contact ConferenceDirect at (833) 638-6496 or email@example.com, Monday – Friday, 9 am – 7 pm (EST). ConferenceDirect will charge a $30 cancellation fee for any reservation cancellation made at any time.
Starting February 15, attendees must contact their hotel directly to make any changes or cancellations to their reservation. Cancellations must be made directly with the hotel 72 hours prior to the scheduled arrival date to receive a refund of the deposit.

RESERVATION CHANGES & CANCELLATION
ALL change and cancellation requests require written notification and will not be processed by phone. Send all written notifications to firstname.lastname@example.org.
CHANGES: February 21, is the deadline for name change and substitution requests. After February 21, change requests can be requested on-site at the Registration Desk.
CANCELLATIONS: February 11, is the deadline to cancel a registration and receive a refund less a $200 per person administrative fee. No refunds for registration fees will be processed for cancellations postmarked after February 11.
Complimentary shuttle service is provided to/from the Orange County Convention Center (OCCC), North Building and the meeting hotels based on the route schedule.
ALL attendees must submit a signed copy of the ATA Release and Waiver of Liability and Assumption of the Risk Relating to Coronavirus/COVID-19.
Average March temperatures range from daytime highs of 81o F to evening lows of 53-59o F.
Dress during the business day (including exhibit viewing periods) is business casual.

TMC is working closely with the Orange County Convention Center and our partner hotels to help ensure the health and safety of all meeting participants. TMC will be implementing appropriate measures including social/physical distancing, sanitation and cleaning protocols and other actions as per OCCC guidelines.
