Rules & How to Enter
  • You must book your TMC 2026 Annual Meeting stay at the Grand Hyatt Nashville using the official ConferenceDirect booking link provided in your registration confirmation email.
  • Reservations must be made by February 12 to be eligible.
  • Anyone who has booked or does book a room at the Grand Hyatt Nashville is eligible.
  • Only reservations made within TMC’s official housing block qualify for the drawing. Bookings made at other hotels or outside the block will not be eligible.
  • One winner of the Grand Hyatt giveaway will be randomly selected and notified the week following the housing deadline.
Prize Details
  • The Grand Hyatt winner will receive a complimentary stay in the Wilder Suite during TMC's 2026 Annual Meeting.
  • Check-in eligible no earlier than Friday, March 13, 2026, and check-out no later than Thursday, March 19, 2026.
  • Room and tax for these dates will be covered by TMC. Additional nights and all incidentals are the responsibility of the winner.
